Licensed Telemedicine Physician

Job Summary

Providing high-quality virtual primary care, the full-time Licensed Telemedicine Physician will conduct patient assessments, manage chronic conditions, and deliver wellness counseling in a fully remote setting, with overnight shifts available from 6 PM to 6 AM PST.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans for diverse patient populations
• Manage chronic conditions and provide preventive care while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) and participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with active board certification in Family Medicine
• Current, unrestricted medical license and at least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency; telehealth experience preferred
• Active medical licenses in at least one state (CA, TX, or FL) plus 5 additional state licenses
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule
• Strong understanding of telehealth platforms and EMR systems, with the ability to adapt to evolving technology
