Licensed Telemedicine Physician

Job Summary

Providing high-quality, patient-centered virtual primary care, the full-time Licensed Telemedicine Physician will conduct comprehensive assessments and manage chronic conditions while working remotely during overnight shifts across various schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning for patients
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions, including preventive care and wellness counseling
• Document tasks and communications accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with active board certification in Family Medicine
• Current, unrestricted medical license with at least 5 years of clinical practice experience; telehealth experience preferred
• Active medical licenses in at least one of the following states: CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional state licenses
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses and availability to work weekends and assigned holidays
• Strong understanding of regulatory and documentation requirements related to physician collaboration and supervision of Advanced Practice Providers
