Licensed Telemedicine Physician

Job Summary

To support a growing telemedicine practice, the full-time Licensed Telemedicine Physician will deliver high-quality, patient-centered virtual primary care through video visits, live chat, and secure messaging while working remotely and managing at least 36 patient contact hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions while providing preventive care and wellness counseling
• Document all clinical interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Current, unrestricted medical license with active board certification in Family Medicine
• At least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency, with a preference for telehealth experience
• Active medical licenses in at least one state (CA, TX, or FL) and eligibility for expedited licensure in additional states
• Willingness to work weekends and assigned holidays as part of the regular schedule
