Job Summary
Providing telephonic nursing services, the full-time Licensed Telephonic Nurse Clinician will support pharmaceutical client contracts through patient education, data collection, and motivational interviewing techniques while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic patient support, including risk assessments and home injection training
- Act as a resource for stakeholders, answering questions and suggesting approved resources
- Collect and enter data accurately while participating in program-specific meetings and training sessions
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or diploma equivalent
- Registered or Practical Nurse License (RN or LPN) in good standing
- 2-5 years of nursing experience, preferably in telephonic roles supporting pharmaceutical products
- Experience with Motivational Interviewing techniques
- Willingness to obtain a compact nursing license and additional state licenses as needed
