Licensed Telesales Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Telesales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound call campaigns, educating prospective and current members about products and assisting with enrollment applications
• Establish rapport with prospective members, assessing their needs and offering solutions to convert them into customers
• Assist current members in evaluating their coverage and making appropriate plan changes while meeting sales quotas and productivity goals

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a valid/current state health insurance license and maintenance of required Continuing Education Credits
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by business needs
• Proficiency in computer operations and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Demonstrated commitment to compliance, ethical conduct, and goal achievement
• At least 3 months - 1 year of experience in telesales or teleservice is preferred
