Licensed Telesales Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Telesales Agent who will engage with prospective members and assist with their healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound call campaigns, providing information and assistance with enrollment applications in compliance with Medicare requirements
• Establish rapport with prospective members, assessing their needs and offering suitable solutions to convert them into customers
• Assist current members in evaluating their coverage and making appropriate plan changes while meeting sales quotas and productivity goals

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a valid/current state health insurance license with required Continuing Education Credits
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Proficiency in computer operations and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Demonstrated commitment to compliance and ethical conduct
• At least 3 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or teleservice is preferred
