Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Telesales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound call campaigns, educating members about products and assisting with enrollment applications
• Establish rapport with prospective members, assessing their needs and offering solutions to convert them into customers
• Assist current members in evaluating coverage and making necessary plan changes while achieving sales quotas

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a valid/current state health insurance license or ability to obtain one before the start date
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by business needs
• Proficiency in computer operations, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Demonstrated commitment to compliance, ethical conduct, and goal achievement
• At least 3 months - 1 year of experience in telesales or teleservice preferred
