Job Summary
Representing prospective members in a full-time remote capacity, the Licensed Telesales Agent will close sales with Medicare beneficiaries over the phone, assess healthcare needs, provide product information, and transition to member service support after the Annual Enrollment Period.
Key responsibilities
- Support inbound and outbound call campaigns to educate members about products and assist with enrollment applications in compliance with Medicare requirements
- Establish rapport with prospective members through effective questioning and active listening to convert them into customers
- Assist current members in evaluating coverage and making appropriate plan changes while meeting sales quotas and quality goals
Required qualifications
- Possession of a valid/current state health insurance license or ability to obtain one before the start date
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by business needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and demonstrate empathy
- Proficiency in computer operations and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Demonstrated commitment to compliance and ethical conduct
