Licensed Telesales Agent - Spanish

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Telesales Agent (Bilingual - Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound call campaigns, educating members about products and assisting with enrollment applications
• Establish rapport with prospective members to assess their needs and convert them into customers
• Assist current members in evaluating coverage and making appropriate plan changes while meeting sales quotas

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a valid/current state health insurance license or ability to obtain one before the start date
• Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English, with a passing language assessment
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
• Proficiency in computer operations and ability to navigate multiple systems
• At least 3 months - 1 year of experience in telesales or teleservice is preferred
