Licensed Telesales Agent - Spanish

Job Summary

To support a growing telesales team, the full-time Licensed Telesales Agent - Spanish will manage inbound and outbound calls to educate prospective members on Medicare products, assist with enrollments, and transition to member service support after the peak enrollment season, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound call campaigns, educating prospective and current members about products and assisting with enrollment applications
• Establish rapport with prospective members through effective questioning and active listening to convert them into customers
• Assist current members in evaluating coverage and making appropriate plan changes while meeting sales quotas and quality goals

Required qualifications

• Possession of a valid/current state health insurance license or ability to obtain one before the start date
• Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to pass a language assessment
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by business needs
• Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship-building and empathy
• Proficiency in computer operations and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
