Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a remote telesales team in achieving performance targets
- Monitor team KPIs and provide real-time coaching based on performance analysis

Required qualifications
- Active resident Health Producer License
- Minimum of one year of recent experience as a call center supervisor
- At least two years of Medicare experience
- Proven ability to coach using call center KPIs
- Strong technical skills with Windows-based systems and call center software
