Conduct first review of PERM applications, I-140s, and I-148s
Draft, review, and revise petitions/applications and audit responses for USCIS filing

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of business immigration attorney work experience
U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.)
Member of a state bar and in good standing
Understanding of complex immigration law concepts
Ability to manage complex case strategies
