Licensed Therapist - CA

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the fully remote Licensed Therapist - CA will provide therapy-focused services to clients, set their own hours, and manage a flexible caseload without the need for marketing or billing tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live video sessions, messaging, and asynchronous care for clients
• Manage intake and discharge processes while maintaining client documentation
• Work independently with provided clients in a therapy-focused model

Required qualifications

• Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
• CAQH# for insurance credentialing
• Capability to practice independently
