Licensed Therapist - Child/Adult
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Licensed Therapist - Child/Adult will provide outpatient therapy services, manage a diverse client portfolio, and have the option for a hybrid work schedule that includes telehealth sessions.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic services to children and adults in an outpatient setting
- Manage client caseload and ensure continuity of care through regular assessments and treatment planning
- Participate in case consultations and supervision as needed
Required qualifications:
- Valid licensure as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT
- Experience in providing mental health services to children and/or adults
- Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a flexible schedule
