Licensed Therapist - Child or Adult

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Licensed Therapist - Child or Adult will provide outpatient therapy services, manage a flexible hybrid schedule including telehealth, and collaborate with a team to enhance patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to children and adults in an outpatient setting
• Manage a flexible schedule that includes both in-office and telehealth sessions
• Participate in weekly case consultations and receive or provide supervision as needed

Required qualifications

• Valid licensure as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT
• Experience in providing mental health services to children or adults
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices
