Licensed Therapist - Child or Adult

Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Licensed Therapist - Child or Adult will provide outpatient therapy services, manage a diverse client portfolio, and benefit from a flexible hybrid schedule with complete schedule autonomy.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to children and adults in an outpatient setting
• Manage client caseloads while maintaining documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in weekly case consultations and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills

Required qualifications:

• Current licensure as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT
• Experience in providing therapy to children and/or adults
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education
• Strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities and best practices
