Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote Licensed Therapist - FL will provide therapy-focused services to clients without the need for marketing or outreach, enjoying a flexible schedule and the ability to work from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live video sessions and provide messaging and asynchronous care to clients
• Manage intake and discharge processes for clients while maintaining independent practice capability
• Utilize a therapy-focused model, avoiding claims, billing, or reimbursement tasks

Required qualifications

• Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
• CAQH# for independent practice
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
• Capacity to set a flexible schedule and manage caseload effectively
• Commitment to providing therapy-focused services without engaging in marketing or outreach
