Job Summary
Supporting veterans and military families, the remote Licensed Therapist - ID will provide individual and group interventions for mental health conditions, perform cognitive screenings, and conduct psychosocial assessments as a contract position.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group interventions for patients coping with mental health diagnoses and psychosocial stressors
- Conduct cognitive screenings and thorough psychosocial assessments to determine patient needs and treatment plans
- Deliver emergency/crisis interventions and case management services throughout the continuum of care
Required qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice independently in any state (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist with PsyPact)
- Education: Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field, or a doctoral degree in psychology
- Minimum of 2 years of independent therapy practice experience
- Experience providing therapy to veterans and military members is preferred
- Familiarity with DSM-5 clinical presentations and evidence-based psychological interventions
