Job Summary

To support a maternal health clinic, the part-time Licensed Therapist - LCSW California will provide comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer psychosocial support to patients and their families, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop psychosocial treatment plans for patients
• Provide ongoing support and education to patients and families regarding health care options and community resources
• Facilitate support groups and workshops as needed, while collaborating with the clinical team on treatment schedules and crisis interventions

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) required
• Four years of experience in Social Work within an acute healthcare system
• Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and experience with clinical assessments and crisis intervention
• Active LCSW or LMFT license in good standing in the State of California
• Experience working with culturally diverse clients and a preference for experience in Women's Mental Health
