Licensed Therapist - LPC or LCSW

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Therapist (LPC or LCSW) for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly counseling to members through various communication methods to support their recovery journey
• Onboard users with initial assessments to gather relevant behavioral health history
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience and provide feedback for product development

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC or LCSW license in good standing in New Jersey, Washington State, or Florida
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of clinical experience in delivering CBT and/or behavioral support for substance use disorders
• Comfortable working in an AI-augmented care environment
• Proficient with Motivational Interviewing (MI), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and MAT coordination
