Licensed Therapist LPC or LCSW

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Therapist: LPC or LCSW (AZ, OH, or MN) for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly counseling to members through various communication methods to support their recovery journey
• Onboard users with initial assessments to gather relevant behavioral health history and symptoms
• Collaborate with other departments and attend team meetings to enhance member experience and provide feedback

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC or LCSW license in good standing in Arizona, Ohio, and/or Minnesota
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of clinical experience in delivering CBT and/or behavioral support for substance use disorders
• Comfortable working in an AI-augmented care environment and proficient with Motivational Interviewing and Relapse Prevention
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary healthcare teams
