Licensed Therapist (MA)

Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Licensed Therapist (MA) will provide outpatient mental health services, manage a diverse client portfolio, and have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule with telehealth options.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients of varying ages and backgrounds
• Manage scheduling and documentation through an EMR system while participating in weekly case consultations
• Collaborate with support staff for administrative functions, allowing focus on clinical work

Required qualifications

• Valid state licensure as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings
• Ability to provide or receive clinical supervision
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including participation in continuing education
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment practices
