Licensed Therapist (MA)

Job Summary

Offering a full-time opportunity, the Licensed Therapist (MA) will provide outpatient mental health services, manage a diverse client portfolio, and utilize a hybrid work model that includes telehealth from a home office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients of varying ages and backgrounds
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in weekly case consultations and provide or receive supervision as needed

Required qualifications

• Valid and active licensure as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT
• Experience in providing mental health therapy in an outpatient setting
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment practices
