Licensed Therapist (MA)

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Licensed Therapist (MA) will provide outpatient therapy services, manage a diverse client portfolio, and participate in case consultations while working remotely or in a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients in an outpatient setting
• Manage scheduling and client caseload effectively to ensure quality care
• Participate in weekly case consultations and supervision opportunities

Required qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Mental Health Counselor (MHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Experience in outpatient therapy and working with diverse populations
• Ability to provide telehealth services as part of a hybrid schedule
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities
