Licensed Therapist - Massachusetts

Job Summary

Providing evidence-based therapy for eating disorders, the full-time Licensed Therapist - Massachusetts will work remotely, managing a caseload of 30-40 patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team and delivering quality documentation and assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy in a virtual clinic setting
• Implement family-based treatment and cognitive behavioral therapy for patients with eating disorders
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team and maintain effective communication through Equip's EMR

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in Massachusetts
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload of patients with varying degrees of acuity
• Commitment to providing care during evenings and maintaining licensure in other states as requested
• Passion for evidence-based care and mental health treatment
• Experience with virtual care delivery and a strong team-oriented attitude
