Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Active state license in relevant therapeutic fields
• CAQH# for independent practice capability
• Acceptable credentials include LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHP
• Experience in telehealth and virtual therapy practices
• Ability to manage a full caseload for benefits eligibility
