Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Therapist to provide specialized behavioral healthcare to youth and young adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Provide wellness coaching, therapy, and develop individualized care plans
• Moderate user-generated content and ensure compliance with ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• A master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Active New Jersey or Michigan license to practice therapy in good standing
• Experience in providing mental health therapy, preferably in a digital setting
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations in therapy
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
