Licensed Therapist Quality Educator

Job Summary

To support high-quality clinical care, the part-time contract Therapist Clinical Quality Peer Educator will evaluate therapists' documentation against established clinical quality standards and provide remediation and coaching to ensure compliance with best practices in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation to identify gaps in quality and safety standards for patient care
• Assess clinical decision-making processes and the application of evidence-based treatment modalities
• Provide individualized remediation support to providers and complete quality-assessment tasks as programs evolve

Required qualifications

• Current independent, unrestricted license as a therapist or professional counselor with 3+ years of direct therapy experience
• Experience in conducting quality chart reviews or audits within healthcare delivery organizations
• Proficiency in using AI-assisted review tools and providing structured feedback
• Strong communication and educational skills, with experience delivering supportive feedback to diverse groups
• Ability to adapt to various healthcare technology platforms and evolving workflows
