Licensed Therapist Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to recruit licensed therapists and contribute to reshaping behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of leads to attract and engage licensed therapy providers
• Lead outbound prospecting through email and cold-call campaigns to improve engagement
• Screen and qualify prospective providers based on licensure, education, and clinical experience

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales or recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health
• Experience handling high-volume inquiries and generating leads through cold outreach
• Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and stay ahead of recruitment targets
• Familiarity with AI technologies relevant to recruitment processes
