Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to recruit independently licensed therapists.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound leads to attract licensed therapy providers
• Conduct outbound prospecting through email and cold-call campaigns
• Screen and qualify prospective providers based on licensure and clinical experience

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales or recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health
• Experience in handling high-volume inquiries and generating leads through cold outreach
• Proficient in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Familiarity with job-relevant AI platforms is expected
