Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, Therapy (W2 Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire licensed therapists aligned with company values
• Communicate the organization's mission, culture, and employee value proposition to prospective candidates
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every interaction to strengthen the employment brand

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year focused on independently licensed behavioral health clinicians
• High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform recruitment decisions
• Experience in organization and calendar management
