Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, Therapy (W2 Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire licensed therapists aligned with company values
- Communicate the organization's mission, culture, and employee value proposition to prospective candidates
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every interaction to strengthen the employment brand
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year focused on independently licensed behavioral health clinicians
- High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform recruitment decisions
- Experience in organization and calendar management
