Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to recruit licensed therapists and manage provider leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to recruit therapists
• Conduct prospecting and create outbound campaigns to generate new leads
• Screen and qualify prospective providers while maintaining accurate data in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales or recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health
• Experience in managing high-volume inquiries and generating leads through cold outreach
• Proficient in using CRM software and lead generation tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
