Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Therapist Contractor specializing in Veteran and Military Mental Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group interventions for patients coping with various mental health conditions and psychosocial stressors
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and cognitive screenings to determine patient needs and appropriate treatment plans
• Offer crisis interventions and case management services while maintaining knowledge of community resources and Veteran's benefits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be licensed to practice independently in any state (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or psychologist with PsyPact)
• Education: Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field, or a doctoral degree in psychology
• Minimum of 2 years of independent therapy practice experience
• Preferred experience with veterans and military members
• Familiarity with DSM-5 clinical presentations and evidence-based psychological interventions
