Licensed Therapist Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual pediatric mental health practice, the full-time Licensed Therapist Supervisor will manage a team of therapists while maintaining a small caseload, providing clinical supervision, coaching, and performance management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision, including case consultation and risk management
• Coach therapists in delivering evidence-based care and monitor clinical quality and adherence to standards
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of clinicians, ensuring a smooth transition into patient care

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed mental health clinician (PhD/PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) with an unrestricted license in NY, NJ, IL, TX, or PA
• 5+ years of post-licensure experience working with children, adolescents, and families, with expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches
• 2+ years of experience providing individual clinical supervision and performance management
• Experience with telehealth practices and comfort using EMRs and outcome tracking tools
• Demonstrated ability to develop clinicians through specific feedback and case-based coaching
