Required qualifications
- Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
- CAQH number for independent practice capability
- Ability to provide therapy-focused services without the need for marketing or outreach
