Licensed Therapy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapy Lead to oversee a team of therapists while providing direct clinical care and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and training to a team of Staff Trauma Therapists, ensuring adherence to clinical standards
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage team cohesion through regular meetings and operational support
• Deliver direct clinical care and participate in therapeutic group facilitation as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral-level clinician with valid licensure (LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, etc.)
• 3-5 years of post-graduate clinical experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Current CPT Provider status with expertise in evidence-based PTSD treatment
• Highly organized and able to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Mission-driven commitment to patient-centered care with a willingness to accept feedback
