Licensed Therapy Lead

Job Summary

To ensure exceptional, evidence-based care delivery, the full-time remote Licensed Therapy Lead will manage a team of up to 12 Staff Trauma Therapists while providing direct clinical care and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and training to Staff Trauma Therapists, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and policies
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage team cohesion through regular meetings and feedback sessions
• Deliver direct patient care, including diagnostic assessments and evidence-based PTSD treatments, while participating in group facilitation as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral-level clinician with valid licensure (LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, etc.)
• 3-5 years of post-graduate clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Current CPT Provider status with expertise in evidence-based PTSD treatment
• Strong virtual presence and excellent clinical skills, including diagnostic accuracy
