Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner, responsible for providing search products for complex commercial and residential orders in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex searches and examine public land records to determine insurability
• Train and assist fellow commercial searchers with inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with the Underwriting Department on search matters requiring review

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent, or 5 years of related experience or training
• Demonstrated experience examining residential title with knowledge of state and county recording statutes
• Familiarity with title standards, search protocols, lien priority rules, and underwriting practices
