Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner to join their title production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine land title records to determine the status of title and analyze various legal documents
• Research title resources and public records to compile data and issue commitments based on title status
• Guide customers through the closing process and provide effective underwriting solutions

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of experience as a Title Examiner or in a similar role within the real estate or title industry
• Advanced knowledge of title examination processes and legal terminology related to real property
• Proficiency in reviewing legal documents and experience with title search software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple title searches simultaneously
