Key Responsibilities

• Oversee title production, vendor management, and post-closing services
• Manage high-volume production and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Develop and implement processes, procedures, and new production platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Ten or more years of experience in residential mortgage lending production, focusing on title, escrow, closing, and funding
• National title underwriting experience
• Ten or more years of experience in a leadership role
• Licensed title agent
