Licensed Total Loss Adjuster

Job Summary

Actively seeking a Licensed Total Loss Adjuster, the full-time remote position will evaluate claims for total loss vehicles, conduct investigations, assess damage, and negotiate settlements with policyholders, primarily serving clients in the Southeast region of the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Review insurance policies to determine coverage limits and exclusions relevant to claims
• Utilize valuation methods and software to assess the fair market value of total losses
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders and ensure all necessary documentation is completed

Required qualifications:

• Active adjuster's license required, preferably in FL, GA, or TX
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred, with experience considered in lieu of a degree
• 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry or claims processing preferred
• Familiarity with industry-specific software for valuation and estimation
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
