Licensed Trade Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trade Compliance Manager to lead import/export operations and develop compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production and reporting related to trade compliance
• Act as the classification authority for HTS and ECCN classifications
• Manage regulatory filings and collaborate with the Go-To-Market team on compliance strategies

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years in Trade Compliance, particularly in Hardware, Marine Electronics, or Robotics
• Deep understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations
• Proven experience in HTS reengineering to optimize classifications
• Proficiency in modern project management tools
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) preferred
