Licensed Trade Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Operations Southern Border Lead, MedTech.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maquila operational workflows and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs requirements
• Coordinate with customs brokers and partners to manage bond coverage and TIB documentation
• Drive process improvements and compliance initiatives for cross-border trade and TIB management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, Law, or related field
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 6-10 years of experience in customs, trade compliance, or cross-border operations
• Experience managing Maquila and/or Temporary Importation under Bond (TIB) processes
• Strong knowledge of HTS classification, valuation, and U.S. Customs filing processes
