Job Summary

Providing sophisticated risk advisory services, the full-time Licensed Transaction Analyst will manage pre-closing insurance and risk analysis for complex commercial real estate transactions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre-closing insurance and risk analysis by collaborating with lenders, borrowers, and brokers
• Analyze proposed insurance coverage and identify gaps for resolution and negotiation
• Create and submit client deliverables, including accurate risk assessments and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three or more years of property and casualty insurance brokerage experience
• In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage terms and conditions
• Valid Insurance License
• Transaction or deal management experience is a plus
