Job Summary
To support a growing team of real estate professionals, the part-time Licensed Transaction Coordinator will deliver white-glove transaction coordination, manage listing coordination, and utilize Transactly's tech platform for task management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver white-glove transaction coordination to clients and provide listing coordination for high-volume real estate professionals
- Maintain transaction records and updates within PLACE's tech platform, ensuring proactive communication with clients and partners
- Contribute insights to improve the platform, service model, and team culture while embodying PLACE values
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator or licensed real estate agent
- Strong working knowledge of residential real estate documents and timelines
- Willingness to learn contracts and compliance from multiple states
- Confidence in using digital tools and platforms for task management
- Proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for service and solutions
