Licensed Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Joining the Client Solutions team, the full-time Licensed Transaction Manager will provide high-quality transaction and account support, conduct financial and market analytics, and assist clients with real estate decision-making in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Review lease documents and summarize key details as part of the due diligence process
• Develop analytics models and financial models to inform client recommendations and evaluate lease cash flows
• Create and implement reports, support transaction activity, and communicate analytic findings through executive-level presentations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Active real estate license in the state of residence
• Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• Experience with lease administration platforms and reporting tools such as Smartsheet and Salesforce preferred
