Job Summary
Supporting members with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex trauma, the full-time Licensed Trauma Care Navigator will provide initial assessments, referrals, and ongoing care coordination in a fully remote setting, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic screenings and brief interventions, referring members to appropriate trauma specialty treatment providers
- Utilize motivational interviewing and psychoeducation to assist members in goal-setting and engaging in care
- Document interactions, maintain accurate records, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a smooth member experience
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical care experience working with PTSD and complex trauma
- Experience with motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and triage
- Knowledge of phased-based trauma treatment models and evidence-based practices for PTSD
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various computer platforms and systems
