Licensed Trauma Specialty Care Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Care Navigator, Trauma.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and telehealth screening, brief intervention, and referrals for trauma specialty treatment
• Utilize motivational interviewing and psychoeducation to support members in goal setting and care engagement
• Coordinate care with providers and community resources, ensuring comprehensive support for members and their families

Required Qualifications

• Independent clinical mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) required
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience with PTSD and Complex Trauma in outpatient settings
• Experience with motivational interviewing and diagnostic assessment
• Knowledge of phased-based trauma treatment models and evidence-based practices for PTSD
• Experience working with diverse populations and collaborating with families in treatment
