Licensed Trauma Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual clinic for PTSD and trauma care, the full-time Licensed Trauma Therapist NY, NJ, MA, CA will conduct patient evaluations, provide evidence-based psychotherapy, and manage clinical risk while working remotely and dedicating 26 hours per week to direct patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient diagnostic evaluations and triage for appropriate care
• Provide evidence-based treatment for PTSD and related conditions, including leading skills groups as needed
• Collaborate with the clinical operations team to ensure effective communication and care coordination

Required qualifications

• Active licensure in NY, NJ, MA, or CA, with the ability to be cross-licensed in multiple states
• PhD with at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience or independently licensed master-level clinician
• Outstanding clinical skills, including diagnostic ability and delivery of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
• Experience working with moderate to high-risk patients
• Organized and reliable, capable of operating autonomously on core duties
