Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer support, the part-time Licensed Travel Insurance Representative will assist prospective and existing customers via phone and live chat, delivering accurate guidance on travel insurance policies while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering inbound calls and responding to live chat inquiries
  • Deliver an A+ customer experience by actively listening to customer needs and providing accurate information on travel insurance options
  • Assist existing policyholders with service-related questions and ensure clear communication throughout the support process
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required; customer service experience in the travel insurance industry strongly preferred
  • Current travel and/or property & casualty insurance license required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Inbound call center experience preferred, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer, email, and keyboarding skills, with comfort using phone and chat systems
